Stockton USD trustees have looming bond vote on their minds

Stockton Unified school board President Daniel Castillo acknowledged Tuesday night that trustees are looking ahead to the vote that looms on the district's $464.5 million bond. Castillo was speaking a few minutes after an uneventful meeting, and the impending Feb. 5 election might provide some explanation for the board's quiet proceedings.
