Authors and artists to replace defunct celebrity series for Stockton USD
Authors and artists are in. Celebrities are out. And according to the Stockton Unified School District's legal counsel, there was no wrongdoing three months ago when a proposed $307,000 celebrity speakers and mentors series dissolved in controversy.
