Superintendent Weis accepts Bay Area job

Ventura County schools Superintendent Charles Weis was chosen to head the Santa Clara County Office of Education at a meeting Wednesday night in San Jose. The Santa Clara County school board voted 7-0 to appoint Weis as its superintendent of schools after a months-long search process.
