Unification put on hold

When plans to transfer Paloma Valley High School into the Menifee Union School District were put on hold last year, officials said it was a temporary decision. Two school boards endorsed shelving the plan for a while, saying it was a matter of "when," not "if" the Menifee Union School District would acquire the campus from the Perris Union High School District. Well, it's still a matter of when -- but when won't likely happen anytime soon.
