What's a Mailing List?
A Mailing List is an E-mail-based resource that allows you to share questions, answers, information, and documents with other mailing list members. Email that is sent to a mailing list is automatically forwarded to each member. Simply send your email to the mailing list and it will be forwarded to all members of the group. Other members can respond to your email by using the reply function on their email program.

The COE-CBO Mailing List will enhance communications between county office chief business officials. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to 59 members: the CBO from each of the 58 county offices of education in the state of California, and Joel Montero, FCMAT Chief Executive Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted.
The DO-CBO Mailing List will enhance communications between district office chief business officials. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to school district chief business officials, and Joel Montero, FCMAT Chief Executive Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted.
The COE-HR Mailing List will enhance communications between county office HR administrators. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to the top-ranking HR administrator from each county office and Joel Montero, FCMAT Chief Executive Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted.
The DO-HR Mailing List will enhance communications between district office HR administrators. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to district office HR administrators and Joel Montero, FCMAT Chief Executive Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted.
The PURCHASING Mailing List will enhance communications between purchasing professionals. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to purchasing professionals and selected FCMAT staff members. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted.
