My dissertation includes a study on the California school districts that have received a "qualified" or "negative" certifications from the state. Would you please send me a listing of all districts that apply for the years from 1995- present?

This is the California Department of Education web site in the budget certification section  You will be able to view the certifications from first and second Interim reports from 1994-95 to the present. This site is also directly assessable by going to FCMAT’s home page as well.
