Response: There is nothing in law restricting how many clubs an advisor can be assigned to. So, the answer to your question is yes, an ASB advisor can also be an advisor for another club on campus unless there is board policy, contract restrictions or any other local district restrictions. Remember district restrictions can always be stricter than the law.

As a reminder, the law (Education Code) does state that ASB advisors MUST be certificated staff members. Don't forget that requirement.
