Response: The California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 15500 limits food sales in elementary schools to one item per sale and four sales per year, with additional subsidiary restrictions as to the time and nature of the food being sold. Pages 13 and 14 of the manual list the applicable codes and regulations pertaining to ASBs and food sales.
