As a direct funded Charter District (not school) do we have the prior year protection in calculating ADA as it pertains to declining enrollment?Response: Charter schools are funded on the current year ADA regardless of whether or not they are declining in enrollment. They do not have a one-year fallback when declining in enrollment like K-12 districts do.
