This free, one-hour one-on-one training with a FCMAT staff member who is a Projection-Pro ambassador is designed to get you up and running with Projection-Pro by giving you a working knowledge of the software and the concepts and steps needed to create a projection for your district, charter school or county office.

Topics will include:

• Creating a new projection.
• Using the Students screen to develop enrollment, unduplicated pupil count, and average daily attendance projections.
• Populating the base year with information from your financial system or your SACS Web export file.
• Completing the State and Local sections of the Assumptions screen.
• Entering assumptions to customize your projection.
• Running reports and creating an export file for use with SACS Web.

Why Use Projection-Pro?

Creating an accurate multiyear projection can be daunting and overwhelming.
