Annual Reports

FCMAT’s Annual Report is published in October and presented at the quarterly board of directors’ meeting. The report offers an overview of the FCMAT organization and the work performed the past fiscal year, including professional learning, product development, industry trends, client evaluations, technical support efforts, and the activities of its California School Information Services service. The Annual Report, in addition to providing an overview FCMAT’s activities for the past year, also gives the FCMAT staff an opportunity to establish priorities and services for the years ahead.


The Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team’s (FCMAT’s) primary mission is to help California’s local K-14 educational agencies identify, prevent and resolve financial, operational and data management challenges by providing management assistance and professional learning opportunities.
